    Q. Where do you ship from?
    A. We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in US & China. So, please expect some of the items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item).

    Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?
    A. It will usually take 6-15 business days for all orders to arrive. Some products may arrive in 10-20days. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location.

    Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?
    A. It will take usually between 1-5 business days.

    Q. Where can I place an order from?
    A. You can place an order from any country, we ship Worldwide.

    Q. How much will I pay for shipping?
    A. We apply a regular flat rate of $4.95 for any country. 

    Q. Which currency will I be charged in?
    A. We processes all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.

    Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?
    A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders.

    A. We do not sell our customers information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts.

    Q. Will I (the customer) have to pay customs?
    A. For most countries you will not have to pay customs, but it depends where are you located and if you order more than 1 piece.

    Q. Can I return an item for a refund?
    A. We encourage you to check our return policy first and contact us with the reason of your return request to make sure your product is suitable for a refund. 

    Q. Will I (the customer) have to pay any return cost?
    A. If your return is confirmed by our customer service, you will need to pay return costs. Please notice that some items may not be eligible for a return in the USA, though we can offer you a coupon for the return costs.
