    Return and Exchange Policy

     

    DO NOT SEND THE PRODUCT BACK TO THE ADDRESS ON THE PACKAGE! IT WILL BE DISPOSED AND WE WON'T BE ABLE TO CHECK IT !

    Exchange of Foot Care Accessories

    We will exchange your item in 30 days if:

    • different size received
    • different product received
    • damaged item
    • wrong size ordered
    • want a different item

    Please do not wear the items before checking the size you have ordered is correct. Check the size and return it to us immediately if you think you need a smaller or larger size.

    We are unable to exchange if the item has been worn or tried. The items should be in original condition with packaging and be post marked up to 7 Days from the date of receiving the order. We recommend obtaining a proof of postage and insurance.

    Once we receive the tracking number, we will ship you the exchange. Please allow 1-2 weeks to receive the exchange.

    Return costs are not refundable if you have ordered the wrong size.

    Please contact us at support@comfyfootgear.com and send us pictures of the product received if you are eligible for an exchange.

    Exchange of Comfy Shoes

    If the size doesn't fit, we will accept your return for exchange request for any shoes.

    Please make sure you check each size chart for each shoes you buy!

    There is no standard size chart because of the nature of the shoes. The returning costs are not refundable. Please check the size chart twice before ordering and remember that the size written on the sole is the CH size!

    Please provide the clear measurement picture of your foot length very clearly.

    Once you have sent your request, we will send you the exact address to ship back the product, if needed.

    Please use a traceable mail service and send us the tracking number or shipping label.

    Return costs for exchanges won't be refunded under any circumstances. 

    Incorrect Merchandise Received

    If you received an item in error or a different size, please contact us at support@comfyfootgear.com immediately for further instructions on how to return this item so that we may provide you with the item you originally requested. In this case, return costs will be supported by Comfyfootgear.

    Damaged/Defective Products Returns

    If an item you receive is damaged or defective, please contact us at support@comfyfootgear.com with a picture or video and we will issue a free exchange.

    Invalid Reasons:

    We won't be able to accept any exchange request if:

    Buyer no longer wants the items - this is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at Comfyfootgear.

    The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.

    Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else - Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.

    Please note that not all products come in a box. To decrease the shipping costs we will also ship the products in bubble air bags.
