WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Because of an unexpected lockdown at many carrier centers, some orders placed between 20-30 March will be dispatched starting the 1-5th of April!
Orders are shipped out directly from any of our many domestic & international warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can!

Domestic orders typically arrive within 10-20 days.
Due to COVID19 there might be some delays, but all the packages are safe and we are doing the maximum we can to offer you a secure and safe experience. Each order ships for a flat rate of $4.95 regardless of the number of items purchased. Taxes are included at checkout.
We are shipping most of the products form our warehouse in VA, USA, but some products are shipped from our international warehouse.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (Any Country outside the US) – NOW ONLY 4.95 $ Flat Rate (Previously $19.95 USD!)
Due to Customs being unpredictable, it’s difficult to guarantee a delivery date but most people receive their order within 2-6 weeks, although we ask you to wait 7 weeks before contacting us.
You will receive tracking details as soon as the order is shipped, within 5-10 days. Each order ships for a flat rate of $4.95 USD regardless of the number of items purchased.
Customer is responsible to pay any applicable taxes and duties charged by their country at customs.
Comfyfootgear is a non-EU provider with no VAT registration. VAT is not applied to the final checkout total.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please be sure to review the shipping address for your order carefully. Comfyfootgear does everything it can to ensure an expeditious and safe delivery of your items. If for some reason we have made an error in the shipping address for your order, please contact us right away so that we may work with you to correct it.
If you accidentally provide an incorrect shipping address, Comfyfootgear will be more than happy to re-ship your package once it’s returned to us “Undeliverable” by the United States Postal Service. Unfortunately we can not be responsible for orders not returned to us if the shipping address we were provided was incorrect.
ORDERS SHOWING DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED
Please keep in mind, often the USPS updates the delivery status prematurely. Please wait 48 hours before contacting us once the tracking displays “Delivered” to avoid any confusion.
For the majority of cases, packages arrive within 1 business day of the updated status to Delivered. If the item still does not arrive at the correct address, unfortunately until a package is returned to Comfyffotgear, we are unable to refund customers for packages not received.
We will however, reship your order to you. Since each circumstance can be unique, management reserves the right to assess and handle each case at their discretion.
